Management for a multinational food distribution chain in order to implement a large buffer warehouse for its own use. The project is located on a plot of approximately 70,000 m2 and consists of the construction of a 38,000 m2 logistics warehouse with 103 loading docks and office and service areas for staff. In addition to the transaction itself, urban planning procedures were carried out and the processing of licenses was involved.
