Advising a British real estate investment fund on the acquisition of an office building for the subsequent development of a project of 52 luxury homes and parking spaces located in the Eixample of the city of Barcelona. The identification of the asset, negotiation with the owner and the subscription proposal for the acquisition were key to the closing of the same and perfectly define the concept of an off-market transaction.
