La Vall d’Uixó Retail Park

Search and implementation of 7 retail operators for the start-up of a retail park in the municipality of La Vall d’ Uixó (Castellón). The plot covers 25,000 m2, with a rentable area of ​​5,500 m2 and 450 parking spaces. The mix of operators is made up of 2 first-class food distribution chains, a service station, an electric charging station, a bazaar goods store, a textile store and a fast food brand. The marketing tasks of the park included the preparation of marketing materials, identification of the most suitable retail operators, as well as the negotiation and closing of contracts and subsequent support in the processing of the respective licenses. As a result of the intervention, the park now has 100% occupancy of its rentable area.
