After a 20-year professional career at LIDL as head of real estate, Vicente rejoined R&G ADVOCATS, a law firm he founded in 1997. At Lidl he was responsible for the development of new stores and the construction and maintenance areas in the Valencian Community, Murcia and Andalusia. In 2024 he created CONCORDIA, a boutique firm of real estate and financial advice, focused on the Retail, Logistics and Living segments. Vicente holds a degree in Law and Business Administration (E-3) from ICADE, 1991, and a master's degree in urban planning from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

Germán is an executive with more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment management (origination, structuring and financing of projects). Before founding CONCORDIA he was Managing Director of Colliers and responsible for the Barcelona and Valencia offices. He was previously Managing Partner at Niöra Real Estate, a firm located in Barcelona. He has also held other executive positions at Reyal Urbis, Altamira Real Estate (Banco Santander) and Altamira Asset Management (Apollo Global Management / Santander). Germán is a technical architect from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, 1996, and has an Executive MBA from CEU Cardenal Herrera, 2005.
